Why do your managers need this?
Most organizations promote managers because they’re effective individual performers, but they often lack the practical skills, confidence and appropriate mindset to lead people effectively. They’re running from crisis to crisis, uncertain of how to lead and empower people to get results.
The Vivero Leadership Management Training provides a solid foundation for managers to transition from individual contribution to leading people. This engaging year-long program provides content, tools, and coaching to help current, newly promoted, and future people managers gain a consistent understanding, language, and accountability framework.
The 4-Phase Management Training Journey
Phase 1
Participants complete a pre-training management audit, designed to get maximum training value, followed by a full-day Management Foundations training which quickly builds a solid and consistent understanding of management.
Onboarding & Full Day Training (September):
Phase 2
Each month, the program provides two virtual opportunities for ongoing management training and professional development. Participants will access live training content sessions (which will also be available on-demand), followed later in the month by a live peer cohort for management coaching and real-world application.
Management Fundamentals and Peer Cohort (Months 1-12)
The Management Blueprint (March): Phase 3
Participants create a personalized management plan to share with direct managers ensuring alignment and accountability.
The Leadership Scorecard (Continuous): Phase 4
A tracking system allows managers to examine their weekly management rhythms and make necessary adjustments.
