Manager Training Small Group annual membership includes up to 5 seats. It can be paid in one installment of $16,200 or monthly payments of $1500/month ($18,000). As a member, you gain access to the Management Foundation Training Program, monthly management training, a peer cohort for coaching and accountability, practical management blueprint tools, live, virtual and in-person events and a wealth of resources and exclusive content tailored to managers like you (annual subscription is required).

When you purchase a membership, you'll be contacted by one of our Success Managers. They’ll help you create an account and learn how to navigate your membership portal. From your account, you'll be able to access any content that you've purchased, manage your personal information, and more.

Yes. If you purchased the Group Plan (1-5 seats) and you’d like to add more seats to your account, you can reach out to your Success Manager to learn about adding discounted additional seats to your membership.

Yes! We’re always expanding the library with fresh content, tools, and updates to keep your learning and inspiration going strong. Every month, new webinars will be available both live and then on-demand in your membership portal. Other downloadable templates and resources will be available in the Resources section of your membership.

Memberships are sold as annual subscriptions, but can be billed in monthly installments. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, or have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to your Success Manager to discuss the possibility of canceling your annual subscription early.
